• Love for life with Primary 5
  Primary 5 were delighted to welcome Love For Life in today for a wonderfully interactive and informative presentation on Internet safety and awareness.
• Creative Literacy with Declan Carville
  The P6&7 classes were selected this week to take part in this workshop in partnership with the AmmA Creative Learning Centre AMMA Centre.
• GAA AFTER SCHOOL TRAINING
  We had a great turnout today at after school GAA training. This week's focus was on moving the ball quickly through the hand and through long, accurate kick passing.
• Primary 1 and Primary 5 join forces to plant seeds.
  Primary 5 and Primary 1 joined forces today to plant some seeds for our school area.
• GAA GO GAMES
  To continue and enhance the promotion of GAA in Kingsisland we organised another challenge game today in Doire Treasc Fir an Chnoic. This week the invitation went out to our close neighbours from Annaghmore PS.
• EAMONN COLEMAN TOURNAMENT RUNNERS-UP
  It was a great privilege for Kingsisland PS to be invited to the inaugural Eamonn Coleman Memorial 7 a-side football tournament today in Ballymaguigan, Co Derry.
• Primary 5 are the future engineering heroes
  Today saw the conclusion of Primary 5's STEM sessions alongside MEGA and Mallaghans. At the end of what has been a fantastic series of workshops for everyone involved, the children got to complete their models and test them.
• Dia Duit Gearóid, Fáilte Romhat Ranga 1
  P1 just loved meeting Gearóid and his friend Mickey Monkey today. We learnt how to greet someone as Gaeilge as well as having lots of fun

  Today Primary 3 visited the Grotto beside school and discussed the importance of Mary.
• ECO PLANTING
  Some members of our Eco Council took full advantage of the good weather today as they got out into the greenhouse and began planting from seed many different types flowering plants
